Stephen Ministry

Is one-to-one ministry by trained, caring lay persons in which one person reaches out to another in a time of need.  Confidentiality is critical to Stephen Ministry which enables people to explore their feelings in a safe environment, without fear that something they say may get back to someone they know.  A Stephen Ministry relationship can last as little as a few weeks to several months depending on the need of the person.
