The website is maintained on a weekly basis by a committee of 2 - the Webmaster and the Administrative Assistant. On Friday of each week, Bev Ramage emails the Sunday Service bulletin to the Webmaster. On Sundays, the website is updated with the events of the current week.

The software tools used include Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft Photo Editor, WS-FTP LE and a digital camera. Dreamweaver is the tool that is used to actually create the pages, Photo Editor allows me to reformat, crop and resize images for display, WS-FTP LE is the tool used to upload the files to the hosting server. And I think everyone knows what the digital camera does. The hosting company is www.Doteasy.com. I have been using Doteasy for over 8 years for most of the sites that I create and maintain.

Some details about the website include the use of a template for each page, cascading style sheets, also known as css, to control the look and feel of each page. The webpages are linked to an external file controlling the display, so by making only 1 change, all pages are effected. This allows the webpage to contain only the coding needed to display the data, and the data itself. I do use tables to maintain the overall format. I hope to convert the tables into the cascading style sheets in the future.

All members of the parish are invited to email pictures of any church event to him for inclusion on the site. If you want to learn how to build webpages, please contact him.
