Adult Education

The Adult Forum is a friendly gathering that attempts to learn about the topics of today. The format is generally informal with a presentation and discussion. The following topics are planned for the rest of this calendar year.

One of the important parts to a Christian life is prayer. We have completed a series on prayer. Here are some concepts to improve your prayer life.

The Adult education class schedule:

April 20 - Reducing Stress - Sara K. Hoffstot, a therapist from Creve Coeur Counseling Associates.

This is the first in a mini series covering reducing stress, help for caregivers, helping the elderly, and "last things" including wills, living wills, planning funerals and information about Trinity's Memorial Garden.  Learn how to prepare yourself for difficult and unexpected circumstances with advice from professionals in the field.
